At AMIS Mart, we value our customers and aim to provide quality products including baby care, personal hygiene items, groceries, fruits, vegetables, sauces, spices, cooking oils, tissues, wipes, baby food, and other household essentials.

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (including food items, fruits, vegetables, baby food)
  • Flowers
  • Newspapers or magazines
  • Personal hygiene or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items with clear signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or similar media
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the returned item is received.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If a refund is issued, return shipping charges may be deducted
  • Delivery times for exchanged items may vary based on location

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
